Carlos Molero Jiménez

- Biography:
Carlos Molero was born in Seville, Spain, in April 1987. He received the Licenciado and Ph.D. degrees from the Universidad de Sevilla, Seville, Spain in 2011 and 2017 respectively, both in Physics.
During three years and a half he has been a posdoc in INSA Rennes, Rennes, France. His research interests focus on the study of periodic structures, both in planar and 3D architectures, circuit models, full-metal devices and new conception of polarizers based on 3D printable self-supported cells.
Since September 2020 he joined the SWAT group from the University of Granada. Dr. Molero was a recipient of some prizes, as the Best Engineer Prize in the European Microwave Conference of 2015 in Paris.
